Title IX Bullet Dodged for 4 Southeastern States, Including Georgia

Here at Truth in Education, we have worked hard to keep everyone updated on the disturbing Title IX changes put in place by the Biden-Harris administration. As stated previously, these changes were to go into effect on Thursday, August 1, 2024. For many students in Georgia, this was their first day back to school.

As of last Wednesday, a federal judge had rejected the appeal filed by several southeastern states, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama. This meant implementation of new Title IX rules would begin on August 1st.

Fortunately, another federal appeals court put a temporary stay on implementation at the last minute, keeping our students safe for the time-being. We will continue to keep you abreast of any changes or updates as time goes on.

What do these Title IX changes mean?

--Changes the meanings of words so that "woman" and "female" includes men or boys who identify as female.

--Allows boys to use girl's spaces, including locker rooms and bathrooms.

--If any school objects, they can lose federal funding.

--Your child could have a transgender teacher, and if you complain, you can be brought up on criminal and civil sexual harassment charges.

--Your daughters will be forced to compete against boys, an unfair and dangerous situation which Title IX was meant to alleviate.

These are just a few of the horrors that await our students, teachers and parents, as well as anyone on school property.

There are 26 states who have been able to halt implementation for the moment. However, there are still millions of children and adults in 24 states who do not have this protection and are affected by this change.

PRAY for everyone affected by this implementation of evil.

"Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked." Psalm 82:4
