3rd Graders Presented Bibles

Sunday, October 8

3rd grade students will be recognized and receive Bibles on Sunday, October 8 during worship. This annual gift from Gethsemane Lutheran nurtures children in their baptismal life encouraging families to read the Bible together as they grow in faithfulness and commitment.

Austin Police Department Community Input Session

Allison Roper, MSW, Supervisor, Research & Planning Austin Police Department expresses thanks to Gethsemane for “engagement with APD and willingness to host community input sessions to further develop relationships within the Austin community. With the appointment of a new interim Chief of Police, Robin Henderson, APD has scheduled these community events taking into consideration Chief Henderson’s calendar. Thank you for your understanding, support, and commitment to APD and the Austin community.”
