This fall, IMRF members will elect one Employee Trustee for a five-year term of office, from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029.

To be eligible to run for IMRF Employee Trustee, a member must be:

• An active member currently participating in IMRF
• Vested in IMRF as of December 31, 2023 (eight years for Tier 1 members, ten years for Tier 2 members)
• Not employed by an IMRF employer as a chief executive officer, chief finance officer, or other officer, executive, or department head

IMRF began transitioning from our previous Online Member Access website to our new Member Access website in March of this year.

If you have not registered for an account in the new system, please self-register in the new system by clicking here and following the prompts on the self-registration page.

Please note: When you create a new Member Access account, the system will assign you a new User ID, and you will create a new password. Your old User ID and password will not work to sign in to the new Member Access.

After you self-register, when you want to log back in:

• If you don’t know your new User ID, input your Key Identifiers on this page and the system will provide your User ID. You can also find your new User ID in the confirmation email the system sends you when you create your new account.

• If you forget your new password, input your User ID on this page and the system will help you reset your password. 

New Member Access Learning Center

A new Member Access Learning Center is available on the IMRF website with step-by-step how-to videos showing how to use your new Member Access Account.

Your current and past annual Member Statements can be found in your new Member Access account. If you have not yet registered for an account in new Member Access (as of March 2024), please follow the instructions in the article above.

To view your annual Member Statement, log into your new Member Access account and click on the Documents box in the middle of the page (shown here at right). Your annual statements will be listed by year. Click on the one you wish to review.
