When You Get Here
Ocean Center Entry:
Building Entrances: All attendees will enter the building through the Exhibit Hall. Attendees that park in the parking garage will enter the Exhibit Hall from the North side of the building on Earl Street. Attendees that park in the West or South Parking Lot will enter the Exhibit Hall from the Southwest corner of the building located next to the West Parking Lot. See map below.
Getting to your seats: Attendees with floor and 100 level tickets may enter the arena from the floor. Attendees with 100 & 200 level tickets may enter the arena from the mezzanine level via stairs on either side of the arena concourse or the elevator on the south end of the arena concourse.
Event Entry Requirements:
Tickets: Please have your tickets ready on your mobile device or printed for scanning at the gate. Screenshots will not be accepted. *There will be no re-entry.
Bag Policy: Bags are not permitted. Guests are permitted to bring one small clutch that is 4.5" x 6.5" x 1" or less. Medical bags (max. 14" x 14" x 6") are exceptions but will be subject to search at designated locations for entry.
Prohibited Items:
The following are prohibited items at Ocean Center:
Weapons, drugs, outside food/drinks, audio/visual recording devices, backpacks, bags, coolers, balloons, laser pointers, flashlights, noisemakers and amplifiers, pets (except service animals), and signs are strictly prohibited.
All guests will be required to go through metal detector or hand-held wand screening, clutches and medical bags are subject to be checked.
Photos and video of the show are prohibited.
Food and Beverages:
Food and beverages will be available on both the first floor and mezzanine levels.
Valid photo ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages.
