Recommendations anticipated for on-premises liquor licenses at the following locations:

• 267 Douglass Street- between Nevins St & 3rd Avenue.
• 347 Van Brunt- at the corner of Wolcott Street.

B. Landmarks

• 218 Lincoln Place(between 7th & 8th Avenue)- Motion to conditionally approve an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (C of A) to replace the front doors.
• 431 7th Avenue (between 14th & 15th Street)- Motion to conditionally approve an application for a C of A for the front and rear facade, materials, and massing.
