Motions to approve on-premises liquor licenses at the following locations:

• 267 Douglass Street- between Nevins St & 3rd Avenue.
• 347 Van Brunt Street- at the corner of Wolcott Street.
• 295 5th Ave- between 1st & 2nd Ave.

B. Landmarks

• 218 Lincoln Place (between 7th & 8th Avenue)—Motion to approve an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (C of A) to replace the front doors as presented.
• 431 7th Avenue (between 14th and 15th Street)—Motion to approve an application for a C of A for the front and rear facade, materials, and massing with the following conditions: Improve the storefront design so it is more inviting and increase transparency, texture, neighborhood character, and continuity with adjacent active commercial storefronts, change facade colors so they are more consistent with nearby buildings along Seventh Avenue, reduce the size of or push back the bulkhead from the front building line.
