Are you one of Summit High School’s brightest juniors, or seniors? If you answered yes perhaps Summit High School’s CSF – California Scholarship Federation is for you. CSF is accepting members who qualified from your grades earned in the SPRING semester 2023. For more information, there will be a CSF meeting during both lunches on Wednesday, Oct. 18th. Applications can be picked up in the counseling office and will be accepted until 3:30 PM WED. Oct. 25th. If you have any questions, see Ms. Avila or Ms. Marge in the counseling office. You may also inquire with librarian Ms. Tedder for more information.
- Would you like to brighten the day of patients in children's hospitals? Do you have any old or unused crayons? Drop by the picnic tables by the front entrance and donate your crayons to The Crayon Initiative hosted by Summit's National Honor Society (NHS)! The Crayon Initiative will transform them into new crayons and distribute them to kids being treated in hospital. Art therapy is important for kids to express themselves and reduce anxiety. The donation drive will run from October 24th-27th before school. If you want to learn more about The Crayon Initiative, check out their website: https://thecrayoninitiative.org/
