Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County Continuing Internal Development in Atlanta

It's extremely important to me and the entire organization, that we continue growing as leaders and developing our staff at all levels so we can better serve our youth. Whether through external leadership courses, skill trainings, or internal workshops, all Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County employees have the opportunity to learn and grow.

Last week, our entire Resource Development (RD) team traveled to Atlanta, Georgia, to attend a Boys & Girls Clubs of America workshop. For a few, it was a refresher on important RD topics, but for others it was a critical introduction to a new world of donor relations. Plus, for one staff member in particular, it was their first time traveling on a plane!

These opportunities for advancement and growth for our staff and leadership team are high priority and will only push our organization to do and serve more. I'm proud of the team that we have built and their passion for what they do.
