Dear Farber Community,

As we all know, the past four months have been very challenging for Israel and for everyone who cares for our homeland. As representatives of the state of Israel, we would like to assist those families who continue to be displaced from their homes by organizing a kind of thrift shop, with all proceeds going directly to those families. The sale will take place right after the reading of the Megilah at Farber on Purim, March 24 at 10:30 a.m. (Farber will have a Shacharit and Megilah reading beginning at 9:00 a.m. More details to follow.)

If you have items at home that are in good condition but you no longer need them (such as toys, clothing, children’s shoes, school supplies, books, dolls, etc.) and you are willing to donate them, we would appreciate it if you could bring them to Farber Hebrew Day School (21100 W 12 Mile Rd., Southfield) or to 12945 Vernon Avenue (Huntington Woods) by no later than March 14. This will be an easy way to benefit families in need while also clearing out your own homes.

Thank you so much for joining with us to help our families in Israel.

If you would like more information or have questions, please email us HERE contact us at  248-706-8004.

With hope for good news,

Am Yisrael Chai!
