HISTORIC NY TIMES DIVERSITY SURVEY
In 2007, I had the opportunity to partner with the New York Times to create history in the diversity field. We built a first of its kind DEI Landscape survey that provided in-depth data around the US’s offices of diversity activities. We released the Summary and presented at the United Nations. Even today, this Thought Leadership document is an invaluable resource in the complex DEI space.

UWG'S 2024 ERG SURVEY- A PIONEERING EFFORT THAT YOU CAN BE APART OF
Flash forward to the present and UWG will be launching a ground-breaking survey on the ERG landscape. Similar to 2007, very few in-depth snapshots have been taken around the key challenges and opportunities related to ERGs. Very soon, UWG will send out a call to all interested ERG survey participants to fill out this important information. Typical survey participants include, but are not limited to CHRO’s, ERG leaders, Chief Diversity Officers, ERG Managers, ERG Sponsors.
All participants are confidential, and all data is confidential. The information is only utilized to build insights from the aggregate data compiled. As an incentive for participation, UWG will be holding an Executive Summary Webinar open to ERG survey participants. The anticipated timing will be in October 2024.
