REGISTRATION PRICE INCREASES AFTER

FEBRUARY 1st!

Join us in Cincinnati from April 25 – 28, 2024 for a weekend of spiritual nourishment, faith formation, and fellowship with military-affiliated Catholic women and clergy from around the world.

Now through Thursday, February 1,

the "early bird" registration fee is $400.

After February 1, this fee increases to $425, the regular registration rate.

After March 1, late registration is available for $450 until April 1.

MCCW has a room block at the Hilton Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The room rate is $156 per night, double occupancy (yes, this means you can split the per-night room cost with your roommate!)

Once your registration has been paid, you'll receive a link to book the hotel.

• Childcare costs $125 per child for all 3 blocks of time.

• Childcare will be available for Friday 9am-4pm, Saturday 10am-2pm and 6-9pm.

• Childcare payments are non-refundable. They are transferable if you chose not to use the spot.

• Register for childcare when you register for forum in the "additional items" section.

Please note, there are a LIMITED number of spaces available on a first come,

first served basis.

Megan Hjelmstad is a Blessed Is She contributor, West Point graduate, and Army Reservist.

Elizabeth Tomlin is the author of Joyful Momentum, General Counsel for the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, and an Army spouse.

One ticket to the Borromeo Ball is included with your Forum registration.

ANYONE may attend the Borromeo Ball to help us raise funds for our perpetual charity, MCCW'S Endowed Co-Sponsored Seminarian Scholarship. Bring your spouse or family and friends who live near Cincinnati.

Please consider donating an item (or two) for our online auction. The auction will open in April and ALL donations will be shipped to the highest bidder at the close of the auction by the individual who donated the item.

Almighty God, You are the source of all that is good and all blessings we receive in life. As Your children, we humbly implore your grace to descend upon all of us who are working to make our MCCW 2024 Forum a spectacular success. Our efforts only seek Your glory and the building up of Your Kingdom. May this event be a blessing and a source of good for all who participate. May it be memorable and marvelous, and a time of faith building and soul strengthening. Send Your Holy Spirit upon us to facilitate our efforts to this end and may our event deepen everyone’s love for Your Son, Christ our Lord, Our Savior and Redeemer. May Your Holy Angels watch over and protect us from the assaults of the evil one, who so often seeks to disrupt any efforts toward holiness. Finally, we call upon the Mother of Your Son, Mary Most Holy, that she may intercede on our behalf, that this monumental task before us may accomplish Your Divine Will, just as she humbly sought only to accomplish Your Divine Will. We ask this through her Immaculate Heart and through the Sacred Heart of Your Son, Christ our Lord. Amen.
