While walking my dog Bash a few weeks ago, I saw the volunteers for Our Community News carrying in the papers from the truck who delivered them, and then they are bundling them in preparation to be delivered to all of us. So I could not resist getting a picture and thanking them for their hard work.

This paper is a great source of all that goes on in our local municipal and special district meetings, plus other things going on in the community. Stay informed and read all about it!

Since our grass is now green, and after some hairy wind storms, if you're like me, you have slash to get rid of or are looking for mulch. We are in luck! The Black Forest Slash/Mulch folks are up and running. More information here.

Yes - we still have free USAFA Graduation tickets. Stop by and pick up yours. We are here 9-5. You may get up to 4 tickets per each person who comes to get them. More information about the Graduation is available here.

The Colorado Springs Airport has new upgrades and the May 22 Edition of the Southern Colorado Business Forum & Digest has the scoop. You may find that update and information regarding the Manufacturer's Edge Small Business Recovery Grants Program, a new metabolic fitness program, and more here.

Hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend. We wil be closed on Monday, May 27, in honor of the holiday.

We are here to help. Reach out if we can be of assistance.

Ambassadors are the goodwill arms and the welcoming committee to the Chamber. Ambassadors have a prominent position of responsibility acting as primary liaisons for new members and are highly visible at Chamber events. Ambassadors assist members by introducing them to the benefits and services of membership and serving as a conduit for members to engage.
