How fast did this year fly by, huh? It seems like only a few hours ago, I was at the pool rubbing suntan lotion on my bald head! Yet, here we are. It's Holiday Season already, the closing of another chapter of our lives, and the start of a new year very soon. Amazing, isn't it? This is life, my friends. You blink, and it's over. This is exactly why you must make every day count. For those of you who look back and say that this year was not as stellar as you would have desired 11 months ago, you still have a little time left to make this year special in one way or another. Truth be told, in the very last hours of the year, you can find yourself experiencing something so magical, unbelievable, and incredible that it thwarts, overshadows, and can salvage the expectations of the prior 11 months. There is still time to create some magic and ride that momentum into 2023!
In the spirit of doing so, I have loaded up this special Year-End Holiday Edition with content, tools, and resources to help you finish out the year strong and launch 2023 with a fresh, new perspective!

It has been one of the most popular and common images during the Christmas holiday season for a very long time. The image of cookies on a plate and a glass of milk left by the Christmas tree for Santa to enjoy.
Children from around the world who celebrate Christmas get excited about leaving a snack for good ol’ St. Nick. Even at this early age, unbeknownst to them, kids practice being prepared to receive something good by leaving those cookies as a token of appreciation to Santa for visiting them.
However, the snack on the table represents so much more than just a thank you for anticipated gifts. I submit that it represents three very powerful lessons anyone can learn from and implement as they pursue personal growth, development, and better living. It represents the lessons of expectancy, gratitude, and preparedness for success.
