Today's Medal Monday is actually Tardy Tuesday, with three announcements:

1) The 2022 TMC Meet Me Downtown race shirt design updates the original art deco race art by Pete Marenfeld, highlighting our beautiful summer sunset skies with the iconic Hotel Congress rooftop sign, the marquee for the Fox Theater, and the Children's Museum. A cool white, this technical shirt comes in both the v-neck and traditional crew cuts. Registrant numbers are down, so we've ordered 900 souvenir shirts.

2) We're super-psyched about this year's Beer Garden. Every registrant 21+ receives one free pour of MotoSonora a home-grown local brewery located at 1015 South Park Avenue. Additional pours are $5.

Every dollar from the Beer Garden goes to our friends at the Sonoran Desert Mountain Bicyclists, a non-profit club devoted to mountain biking, trail development, and creating environmentally and socially-responsible fitness opportunities. Thanks to SDMB for handling all the beer garden management!

3) The original team competition: Remember that groups of 5 or more receive a $5 discount per person -- check out the list of teams below.

The team with the most registrants wins a gift certificate to Hotel Congress -- plus prize money for the fastest men's team team and fastest women's team, standard top five cross country scoring.

OK -- check out details below . . . questions? Track us down . . .
