Fall Compliance Seminar Series
Please join us for our Fall Compliance Seminar Series, presented by Senior Project Engineers and compliance experts. Lunch will be served at noon, with the seminar session beginning promptly thereafter. The session will end between 12:45-1:00 PM, with a brief tour and test demonstration immediately following. Products used outdoors or indoors in the presence of excessive dust or moisture are required to be certified with the appropriate Ingress Protection (IP) or NEMA enclosure ratings. This seminar will discuss the full range of ratings for IP & NEMA/UL ratings and associated tests. Includes dust & wet test demonstration.

OCTOBER 3, 2018

Products that must be used in areas that are classified as Hazardous Locations (HazLoc) require special protection methods in order to obtain Class, Division, and/or Zone Ratings. This seminar will review the range of HazLoc ratings and discuss the protection method options available for each Class, Division, or Zone rating. Includes HazLoc test demonstration.


OCTOBER 17, 2018

The electrical medical product certification process was changed dramatically with the creation of the 3rd edition of 60601-1. The process has since been refined with edition 3.1. This seminar will review all the elements critical to electrical medical product compliance including the Risk Management File, Collateral Standards, and Particular Standards.
