Calvin Higgins, Jr
to the Alliance Board of Directors
With more than 30 years of law enforcement experience, Mr. Higgins currently serves as the Chief of Police for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Law Enforcement Unit in Detroit. Prior to this he served 26+ distinguished years as a DEA Special Agent and Supervisory Special Agent. He possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Criminology, a Master of Arts in Political Science (Major: Public Policy) and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Political Science (Major: Public Policy). Mr. Higgins is also an Oakland County resident and exceptional public speaker. His three year term begins this month.
