On November 28th, Mr. Bennett's boys gathered up their homemade broomstick flags and drumsticks and headed outside to the site of the highly anticipated Pumpkin Smash 2016. The crew rowdily marched out to the drop zone, singing and pounding on makeshift drums as Mr. Bennett ran up three floors to the roof of the Frazee Center. Around 15 pumpkins were dropped at this year's annual event with a smashing finale brought on by a massive white pumpkin. Check out the video here!

On Ball in the House's website, it says they perform "music that'll move ya'." When the Boston-based a cappella group showed up at Frazee, that's exactly what they did! Performing hits from Chaka Khan to Bruno Mars, Ball in the House had every Frazee kid up and dancing in the sanctuary. Our kids not only got to dance and listen to good music, they learned about beat-boxing and other aspects that make a cappella music so entertaining. We are so thankful that they came to share their gifts with us!
