Forest NB was pleased to participate in the launch event naming Fredericton as #ForestCapitalOfCanada at our 2023 Industry Forum. Fredericton is well known for it's beautiful urban forests and is also a respected hub of forestry education, research, and innovation. This designation is a testament to the continued commitment to sustainability and the many benefits our forests provide. Congratulations to the city and thank you to all the many people who worked hard to help achieve this designation!

Forest NB was pleased to attend and to have sponsored the Indigenous Business Forum today hosted by the Joint Economic Development Initiative and the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to hear the stories of so many indigenous businesses and it’s encouraging to see so many other businesses in attendance ready to learn and network!
