What inspired you to get into the health and wellness cooking?
In 2014 a close friend was diagnosed with liver disease. Looking down a path of medications he looked for another way. Research brought him to food, as his only chef friend, he approached me about meal planning and prep. In three months, we were successful in reversing the disease and getting his liver to recover. It was all the proof I needed to adjust the way I ate and the way I saw food.
What types of clients/diets do you cook for?
I pride myself on being able to adapt to the needs of my clients. Each client is different, therefore the approach in meal plans should be as unique as the person. I revel in the challenges and the lessons.
