Saturday, July 6 - Sunday, July 7: CWAC Summer Sizzle. See below.
Wednesday, July 10: Swift Aquatics meet (new). See below.
Friday, July 12 - Sunday, July 14: Illinois Swimming Summer Regionals. See below.

Practice changes July 3-7

Note the following practice changes due to the holiday and CWAC meet:

Wednesday, July 3: Platinum will practice with Thunder at 3 pm; Diamond will practice with Silver at 4:15 pm; Blue will practice 5:15-6 pm.
Thursday, July 4: No practices.
Friday, July 5: Diamond will practice with Thunder at 3 pm; Iron will practice with Gold at 4:15 pm; Red will practice 5:15-6:15 pm.
Saturday, July 6: Iron will practice with Gold at 7:50 am; Diamond and Platinum will practice with Thunder and Lightning at 9:50 am.

If your group is not mentioned, you are on a regular schedule. You'll find the summer practice schedule here.

Swift Aquatics meet @ Niles North High School, Skokie (short course)

Wednesday, July 10

Check in at 5 pm; meet starts at 6 pm
Eligible groups: Yellow, Copper, Red, Silver

To sign up, email Pete. First 40 swimmers to email will be included. No meet fee required.

Illinois Swimming Summer Regionals @ Highland Park High School (short course)

Friday, July 12 - Sunday, July 14

This meet has qualifying standards. Those who qualified received an email from Pete.

Friday PM - distance events 1-16
Saturday and Sunday - 12-under in AM sessions; 13-over in PM sessions
Events 17-70 are Saturday; events 71-126 are Sunday
