Please be advised that effective with new loan reservations May 26, 2023 there are new income limits for the Hometown Heroes Program FHA, VA, Fannie Mae HFA Preferred and Freddie Mac HFA Advantage loan products. USDA-RD has not provided new income limits yet.

The Fannie Mae HFA Preferred and Freddie Mac HFA Advantage 80% AMI limits required for a borrower to receive reduced mortgage insurance have NOT yet changed this year. Typically we receive those limits in early to mid-June. The link to view the current conventional loan 80% AMI limits may be found here.
