Yearning for Meaningful Work?

I will start this column by first admitting that it is coming from my point of view only, by my observations, and my experiences as a practicing pharmacist, academician, and as an owner. I fully recognize the challenges our profession has experienced as it relates to challenging (and perhaps even impossible) workplace conditions that has led many of our colleagues to experience burnout....
