This weekend we will be featuring NY Strip Steaks and Tenderloins from the Double R Ranch in the Pacific Northwest.   These top quality steaks are known for their great marbling that makes the beef more tender, flavorful, and juicy.  The cattle free range on pasture grass for 80% of their life and are finished on all natural corn and grain.
