Top Five Tips for the End of the Semester  

Schedule appointments/refill prescriptions before you leave campus or eligibility ends. Review your pre-summer break to-do list. Pell Grant or Dream Aid recipients: use your Health Opportunity Fund (up to $100) by May 12, 2017.

 

SHIP members: Planning to get primary care outside of Tang this summer? Remember you need an authorization for that (but not for emergencies)! See summer SHIP tips for more resources. SHIP Waiver period is May 1-July 15. The Insurance After Graduation enrollment period is July 1-September 1.
