Join us this Sunday at First Grapevine for two powerful messages. We are excited to share that Pastor Jon Reeves from White's Chapel will deliver the message, The Defeat of Sin and Death (1 Corinthians 15:51-58), for the 8:30 AM Traditional Service and 11 AM Contemporary Service. In the 11 AM Traditional Service, Pastor Grant Palma will share the message titled "Intro To Suffering," based on Job 1:1 and 2:1-10.
Through the story of Job, we'll explore the purpose and nature of suffering and discover how faith can sustain us through life's challenges. Whether you're facing trials or seeking deeper insight, this message offers hope and inspiration. We invite you to join us as we delve into this important topic and journey together in faith.

Young Adult Bible Study
Mondays | 7 PM | Church Office Conference Room
Join the Young Adults every Monday at 7 PM in the church office conference room for a dynamic Bible Study. Led by the passionate duo of Meg Hanna and Cheyenne Roth, this engaging study group offers a welcoming space for young adults to explore and deepen their understanding of the Bible. They are studying "Faith Foundations" by David Platt. The Young Adults will ponder questions like: What are we made for? What does it look like to know God deeply? Why are we called to reflect his light to those around us—and how do we do that? Join the group for this 10-week Bible Study as they examine foundational truths for becoming mature disciples of Christ.
Each month, they will take a scheduled Bible Study day for a service opportunity. Whether you're seeking spiritual growth, community connection, or simply a place to ask questions and share insights, you'll find a warm community. If you have questions, please contact Meg (mmochel13@gmail.com, 303-913-9930) or Cheyenne (cheyenne.051800@gmail.com, 817-559-4140).

Fundraiser for Gardening On The Grounds
|
The Gardening On The Grounds team, led by dedicated lay church members and volunteers, aims to enhance and maintain the beauty of our outdoor spaces through tending to flower pots and beds. The team is actively seeking to broaden this initiative and update the landscaping around our campus.
Help us transform our church grounds into a sanctuary of beauty and peace! Our dedicated facilities team, along with our amazing $2 per year staff, has already begun the first phase of our Gardening On The Grounds project with an initial gift, which included cleaning up garden beds, planting trees, adding lush greenery to four garden beds in front of the Sanctuary, as well as adding new mulch to the playground. But we're not stopping there! We're on a mission to enhance the look of our beloved Sanctuary and the entrance to the Founders Chapel.
The Gardening On The Grounds team is looking to raise an additional $15,000 between April 3 through May 15. The next steps involve repairing irrigation systems and adding even more aesthetic touches to our campus. But we can't do it alone. We need your support to bring our vision to life!
If you're passionate about seeing our church grounds flourish, consider giving towards our Gardening On The Grounds ministry. Every donation, no matter how big or small, makes a difference. To contribute, simply give online at Firstgrapevine.org/give and notate "Gardening on The Grounds" or include a note on your check. Any excess funds will be kept in the fund for additional maintenance.
Together, let's create a landscape that reflects the beauty of our faith and provides a welcoming retreat for all who enter our church. Thank you for your generosity and support!

Monthly Christian Poem by Steve Kaptain
|
Ancient cultures were “oral cultures.” They depended on forms of speech that could be easily remembered and disseminated. Proverbs are powerful in conveying knowledge and wisdom in a common-sense fashion, and they apply today.
"The fear of God is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline." Proverbs 1:7
