Selling the Idaho Transportation Department campus was based on the real estate market and long-term strategic planning, not the usefulness of the land, House Speaker Mike Moyle argues in new court filings — filings that also indirectly accuse Gov. Little of colluding to undermine the Attorney General and the Legislature.

Few public comments on constitutional amendment

“It seems logical that only verifiable citizens should be able to vote," said one member of the public. "Not solving a problem but playing to politics," said another.
