We hope you are enjoying the unusually warm weather, and that you will take advantage of it to come to the Bell Tower.


Our first play of the season, Baggage is a whole lot of fun and audiences are loving it! We have just one weekend left so don't miss it.


Tickets are also on sale for mentalist Brian Imbus, returning to the Bell Tower with a brand new show next month.


Auditions for our 2024 High School show are in less than 2 weeks, and we have announced a new session of classes and 2 brand new classes for Spring Break!

Two demanding, single strangers get their luggage mixed up at the airport. After a disastrous first meeting, they decide to force a friendship to help each other heal their past heartbreaks. These two are too difficult for everyone else to date, but are they perfect for each other? This witty romantic comedy is great for Valentine's Day!

Brand New Spring Break Classes


This year we are offering two brand new classes for Spring Break. Check out these great offerings for kids in 3rd through 8th grades.

Theater Crafts Camp!

Grades 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th 

Be ready to get your hands dirty as we head behind the scenes to learn how Props and Costumes for shows get made. Each day students will try a new crafty project that can be used for future theater shows, Halloween or everyday imagination exploration. 

Limit 12 kids. Teacher: Michelle Blanchard.

Cost $65

Monday through Friday 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

 

Improv 101

Grades 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th

Calling all kids interested in theater, public speaking or just having fun. This week-long camp will teach basic fundamentals and skills of improvisational acting. Through a series of games and exercises, kids will benefit from creating trust, quick wit and a new perspective on a craft that can benefit them both on and off the stage.

Limit 12 kids. Teacher: Heather Noethe.

Cost: $65.

Monday through Friday 1 pm to 2 pm


Classes will meet every day from March 11 to 15, 2024

Spring Classes for Kids in Kindergarten through 6th Grades begin the week of March 25, 2024.

We have 4 awesome classes for kids in Kindergarten through 6th.

 

Let's Pretend

Kindergarten and 1st Grade

Take a trip to the wonderful world of make believe. This enchanting class uses kids’ imagination and self-expression to build concentration, confidence and communication skills. The goal is to have fun discovering the world of theater! Space is limited to 16 kids.

Teacher: Michelle Blanchard

Cost: $75

Mondays 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm

 

Creative Theatrics

2nd and 3rd Grades

Let's hit the stage! Using stories and short plays as a foundation, this class uses beginning acting techniques and cultivates skills that help kids be comfortable and confident on stage. Each day we will focus on creating believable characters using props, costumes, pantomime and dialogue. Space is limited to 16 kids.

Teacher: Michelle Blanchard.

Cost: $75

Wednesdays 4 pm to 5 pm or

5:15 pm to 6:15 pm

Acting

4th, 5th and 6th Grades

Get into the act! This class focuses on acting skills and how to create believable characters. Kids will explore improvisation, stage movement and pantomime. Using skits and short plays, we will work to master the skills needed in acting on stage. Space is limited to 16 kids.

Cost $75

Thursdays 4 pm to 5 pm or

5:15 pm to 6:15 pm


Choose Your Own Theater Adventure

**NEW CLASS**

5th & 6th Grades

This brand-new class invites you on a theatrical adventure—where the choices the audience and participants make determine how the play unfolds and not every path leads to a “Happily Ever After.” Students will perform the final play as a staged-reading, allowing them to focus on acting techniques. Space is limited to 10 kids. Teacher: Michelle Blanchard

Cost: $95

Tuesdays 4 pm to 5:30 pm

All classes run once a week for six weeks beginning the week of March 25.


Registration Deadline is March 13, 2024
