With mixed emotions, I regret to announce that after seven years of business serving the gourmet gluten-free needs of the greater-Boston area, Glutenus Minimus will be closing its doors to the public on
October 17, 2015
. It has been an honor and a privilege serving the needs of the gluten-free community - you, our friends and family
- over these past years. Unfortunately, at this juncture, I simply cannot continue to run Glutenus Minimus and simultaneously pursue other career opportunities and family needs that demand my immediate attention. As such, without a buyer, the business must shut its doors here in Belmont. If and when Glutenus Minimus makes a return to the public marketplace, you will be the first to know. I want to thank you for your loyalty and patronage over the years. My staff and I have truly enjoyed being a part of your lives and getting to know your families.

Our last day at 695-697 Belmont Street will be Saturday, October 17th. Until then we will be open our usual hours: Mondays 8:30-3pm, Tuesday-Friday 8:30-6pm and Saturdays 9-4pm. We hope to see you at the shop before we close. It's been a pleasure to a part of your gluten free families!
