Children's Eucharist May 16
Sunday, May 16 is the final 9 am Children's Eucharist of the school year. Fr. Peter Speropulos and Brett Rutledge will celebrate and Beth Wagner will provide music. The service will be held in St. George's Chapel and attendees will receive a Children's Worship Bulletin from Illustrated Ministry that includes activities based on Acts 1:15-17, 21-26, Psalm 1, John 17:6-17. Beginning Sunday, May 23 and continuing through the summer, children will meet in St. George's Chapel for Liturgy of the Word and will join their parents in the big church at the time of the Peace. This service is for children in Kindergarten through fifth grade. Children younger than five may attend with an adult. Registration details will be available in next week's e-newsletter.

Sip & Paint with a Purpose
Thank you to all who joined Children's and Parent Ministries for Sip & Paint with a Purpose with Visual Art for Well Being instructor Maria Ojascastros. Your generous donations of art supplies will be used as part of the program or given to residents when they are discharged from the center so they can continue to practice the arts.

Maria uses her art skills to spread awareness of her ongoing collaboration with the Prison Performing Arts program that brings writing, visual arts, and acting to residents at the Transition Center of St. Louis. This program helps boost the confidence of residents at the center as they gain life skills including employment readiness, family reunification, parenting, and money management.
Parish Picnic Returns
The CSMSG Parish Picnic returns Sunday, May 23 following the 10 am service. Join us for hot dogs and bratwurst provided by vendor Steve from Classic Red Hots, petting zoo from Zoo 4U, games and more. Don't miss Father Tom's haircut as part of the Fund Razor event. How short will he go? Your donations decide!

Children's Ministry of the Word will take place at 10 am and children will join their parents in the church at the time of the Peace. Plan to attend and stay to enjoy the parish picnic!
