Our final General PTO meeting of the 2023-24 school year is scheduled for May 20 at 7:00pm in the Butler Library. Agenda here. We will be voting on the 2024-2025 Slate, Bylaws, and Budget. Draft versions of the Bylaws and Budget can be found here for your review prior to the meeting.

Visit Owowcow in Chalfont on Tuesday, June 4 from 6-8pm for our dine and donate. Mention Butler and 20 percent of proceeds will benefit Butler PTO.

RITA'S CELEBRITY SCOOP RECAP

Thank you to all of the Butler Teachers and Staff who scooped Rita's for everyone during the Celebrity Scoop on May 16! There was a great turnout as Butler families enjoyed a cool treat.

BOOK FAIR THANK YOU!

Thank you to all of the Book Fair volunteers, and donors to the Teacher eWallets. Special shout out to our Book Fair co-chairs Amy Wigo, Shirley Schombs, and Melissa Griffin for all of your hard work!

The Book Fair will continue online here through May 23.

TREASURER UPDATE

Thanks to your Book Fair purchases and other fundraising efforts throughout the year, we plan to provide a $5 coupon for each student for both Fall AND Spring Book Fairs next year. We will also be able to purchase Scholastic news magazines for K-6 students. Thank you parents - your participation and contributions make such a difference!

All volunteer opportunities are subject to change based on District guidelines. We ask that you please refrain from cell phone usage during your volunteer shift. Unfortunately, younger siblings are no longer permitted to accompany volunteers.
