Introducing Our New Business Manager/Human Resources Director

We would like to extend a warm Fenwick welcome to Hope Clevenger, our new Business Manager/Human Resources Director. Hope brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Before joining us here at Fenwick, Hope worked in Employee Benefits Management at both Cintas and G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers. She has also worked as an HR Marketing/Communications account manager at a small local marketing firm.

Hope has an 11-year-old daughter, Chloe, who attends a local Montessori school. Her husband Randy is an IT professional. Hope also enjoys spending time with her large extended family in the Cincinnati area.

In her free time, Hope loves being creative, painting, clay, jewelry making. Her favorite place is the family cabin in the woods: no internet, no phones, no TV – just family, fun, and games!

Welcome to the Fenwick Family, Hope!

  • Commencement Ceremony - Graduation will be held in the Main Gym on Friday, May 24 at 6:30 p.m. Seniors will assemble in the Auxiliary Gym at 6:00 p.m. Admission is by ticket only.

Senior Surface Pro Devices

Seniors must turn in their Surface Pro devices after school on May 16 or after graduation practice on May 21. All senior devices must be turned in by May 21 to avoid charges. Devices will NOT be collected at any other time for senior students. All accessories must be included with the device on these two designated dates—power supply, stylus, UAG case, and carrying case. Missing items and damages will be noted and fees will apply.

Once again, seniors do have the opportunity to retain their Surface Pro devices for $200. Please click here for more information. If you wish to purchase the device, click here for the Transfer of Ownership form.

Senior Lunch

The senior parents are hosting a special lunch to celebrate our seniors on Thursday, May 16. There are still plenty of opportunities for parents. Click here if you can help!

Class of 2025

Fenwick requires that at least the formal senior picture be taken with Easterling Studios so that it can be included in our class composite photo that will be displayed in the school. Please see the flyer below for information on how to avoid a sitting fee for the photo, as well as other session specials.

Student Life

Falcon Celebration Day

Each year, Fenwick takes a day at the end of the school year to celebrate our community and the accomplishments of our students. This year, next Friday, May 17, is that day. It is a school day for all students, and attendance will be taken. We will begin with an all-school assembly to recognize some of the top performing 9-11th graders. After the assembly, we will celebrate Mass together one last time as a full school. Following Mass, students will report to the stadium for an end-of-year pep rally, followed by games and activities for all students to partake in. Water and snacks will be available for students, but lunch will NOT be served. All students will be dismissed at 12:30 for the day.

We are looking for yard games for our Falcon Celebration Day. If you have games like cornhole, Kan Jam, etc., and are willing to loan them to us for the day, click here.

Student attire for the day should follow spirit day attire in the handbook, with the addition of shorts being allowed. Students are required to wear closed toe/closed heel shoes (gym shoes are recommended.) Sunscreen is also recommended!

Prospective Students

We continue to welcome prospective students to campus for different events. If you know a family interested in learning more about Fenwick, please encourage them to contact Director of Admissions Chris Kemper via phone at 513-428-0525 or email at ckemper@fenwickfalcons.org.

Summer Service Opportunities

Mrs. Baumaster is still cooking at Hope House over the summer. Sign up to help prepare the meal here. Gold hours are earned with this opportunity.

"Jesus is Here" Event!

On July 6th, Campus Ministry would like to take a group of students to an event in downtown Cincinnati for the Eucharistic pilgrimage. "Jesus is Here" at Fountain Square will begin with Holy Hour – Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, praise and worship music by Damascus Worship, a Eucharistic reflection by Father Jacob Lindle, and Benediction. Priests will be available for confession. Following Holy Hour, the festival will feature a concert by popular contemporary Christian artist Jervis Campbell. Games, food trucks, and activities will be available during this family-friendly celebration! This is an amazing opportunity to grow in your faith as a family and come together as a community. We hope to see you there! If you are interested in attending with us, please fill out this form. Click here for more details about the event.

Service Hours

Service hours for the second semester are due by 11:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10th. If you have not completed and submitted your hours on x2vol, you will be getting an email early next week notifying you that your hours are incomplete. Students will have a week from the time they receive the email to turn their hours in before the consequences begin. The repercussions are an incomplete grade in Theology for the semester and ineligibility for all Fenwick extracurriculars.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Miss Laake in Campus Ministry.

An Evening at the Orchard

Last Friday, we welcomed Fenwick parents to "An Evening at the Orchard" at Hidden Valley Orchards. The evening was an opportunity for parents to reconnect with each other and a chance to meet other people. We also invited our incoming freshmen parents to welcome them to the Fenwick Family. Despite the rain, we had a great evening! The atmosphere at HVO was incredibly beautiful!

Used Uniform Sale

Do you have school uniforms/spirit wear that doesn’t fit? Are you graduating and no longer need your school uniforms and spirit wear?

We are looking for gently-used regulation uniforms and spirit wear for our used uniform sale which will be held later this summer. To donate, just send them to school with your student or drop them off any school day between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. There will be a marked bin in the front foyer by the main entrance where you can place the uniforms/spirit wear.

Senior Lunch

The senior parents are hosting a special lunch to celebrate our seniors on Thursday, May 16, and there are still lots of opportunities available for parents!

We will be serving Cane’s chicken tenders and various sides. We are asking for donations of mac and cheese, fruit, chips, drinks, and desserts. If you would like to help us celebrate our seniors, you can sign up to send in an item on the SignUp Genius. You can also donate towards the purchase of the Cane’s tenders through Venmo @fenwickfalcons or by sending a check to the Main Office with a note that it is for the senior lunch.

Teacher Appreciation Week

Thanks so much to the Fenwick Parents Association for organizing our Teacher Appreciation Week celebrations and to those of you who donated treats and drinks this week so that we could celebrate our wonderful teachers!
