Last night, Calgary Jewish Federation hosted its AGM and Community Shem Tov Awards, bringing together over 150 community members. The event included updates on CJF's achievements and financial reports which further emphasized the ongoing impact of our community's generosity. The evening concluded with an emotion-filled thank you from departing CEO Adam Silver and a community L'Chaim, honoring Adam and his family for their dedicated service to Jewish Calgary.

We are grateful for our vibrant community and our shared commitment to strength and unity within Jewish Calgary. Here's to a great year ahead - L'Chaim!

Saddle up on Sunday, July 14 from 10:00am to 12:00pm and mosey on down to House of Jacob Mikveh Israel (HOJMI) parking lot for the only Kosher Stampede Breakfast in town! This beloved annual tradition will feature all of the family-friendly Stampede 'fixins', including a western pancake breakfast, bouncy castle, pony rides, and more. We are excited to invite you for a special inaugural story-time, refreshments, and fun as we officially open the PJ Library® Book Nook on Wednesday, June 26 at 5:00pm at the Paperny Family JCC. The PJ Library Book Nook, made possible by a generous grant from Calgary Foundation, will be a vibrant hub for storytelling, reading, and meaningful activities, designed to foster a love of learning and play. We look forward to welcoming you and celebrating this new addition to the Paperny Family JCC and PJ Library. We hope to see you there!
