Our STEPS to Health and Wellness Co-Coordinators, Abraham and Sam, kicked off the new year with a fun Winter Fitness Challenge! Participants were challenged to participate in at least 3 fitness classes (cardio, weight room training, zumba, etc.) throughout the week to make their way up the stairway. Winners of the challenge were rewarded with a special outing and ice cream! A special thank you to Abraham and Sam who not only run the fitness programming but also coordinated this fitness initiative! |
