Let the practices and games begin!!!

The spring season is upon us, so I hope all of you are registered and ready to play.

Our maintenance staff has been hard at work preparing the campus and fields for the return of our participants. The recent freeze set us back a bit but except for some parts to the water stations, the facility is back up and running and ready for play.

With all our spring sports starting in the next few weeks we are, as always, in need of more volunteer coaches. If you have never experienced the fun of coaching, I highly recommend you try it. Coaching either as a head coach or assisting is a very rewarding and fun way to get involved in your child’s activities. So, I encourage all you parents to reach out to the league commissioners for your son or daughters sport and get in on the fun.

Hopefully most of you reading this have already registered and reserved your spot on a team. Some of the sports and divisions are closing soon and have limited spots available, so if not please sign-up ASAP.

March 2nd is our official Spring Opening Day and will have some special events going on that day to celebrate the official welcome back to T&C. Mark the date on your calendar and plan to come join us to cheer on the players and get involved with all that’s going on at T&C this spring.

The spring soccer season has already started for our Premier and Competitive teams. Teams have represented well in pre-season tournaments; they now begin spring season league play.

We have just completed our Academy Team Formation week, forming both travel and in-house teams. We have had many new players join the program and as a result have added new teams. This program is proving a real success, we are starting to see our players and teams become more skilled and compete at higher levels in the Select program.

General registration for recreational soccer closes this Friday. Team formation will take place at the weekend. Players will be placed onto teams and Coaches will be assigned. Coaches will reach out to parents with practice and game schedule details. Coaches’ meetings and clinics will take place next week. Practice begins the week of February 26th, games for recreational soccer start on Saturday, March the 2nd.

We are looking forward to a great spring season at T&C Soccer.

Baseball

Looking forward to another great baseball season. Assessments are scheduled Saturday, February 17^th. Teams will be formed over the weekend with practicing staring the following week.  Looking for players of all ages to fill out rosters. Register today! 

Lacrosse

Registration is still open for a few more days! Practices only started this week. Looking for more girls to join us this season at all divisions. Come out and play with us!

Softball

Practices started this week. Registration is closed for 6U through 10U but we’re still looking for a few girls to round out team rosters at 12U and 14U to join us this season.  

Volleyball

Registration just opened this week. Games start after Spring Break. There is plenty of time to register but limited space. If interested in a low commitment opportunity to learn to love the game of volleyball, register today to reserve your spot.  

Flag Football

Our season starts on Spring Opening Day (March 2^nd) with a fun pre-season football clinic. Group practices start early March and games start after Spring Break. Actively looking for more girls and Rookies division players this season. Encourage you to bring a friend. Sign up today!  

We are currently looking for Coaches, Commissioners, Board Members, and Game Day volunteers for the upcoming Spring sports programs. 

Please consider volunteering to coach. With spring around the corner, we are in need of coaches across all our sports. It's a great way to learn new skills, share precious memories, and spend quality time with your kids and their team mates.

Coaching youth sports is a rewarding opportunity for you to learn, play, and grow alongside your kids. If you haven't considered stepping up to coach, we encourage you to give it a shot regardless of your skill level. It's all about having fun, making memories, developing new skills, and learning what it means to be a team.
