CHS Prayer Campaign
Concordia High School in Austin, Texas has requested us to join a "Will You Pray?" initiative these 40 days of Lent. Concordia High School (CHS) is facing exciting, yet challenging times as they take critical steps toward occupying their first permanent home campus. CHS, located in Pflugerville, is the only Lutheran High School serving the greater Austin area. We have several close connections to Concordia. A leader in the prayer effort is Karen Hinz Murdy (VL Class of 1981), Nathaniel Mueller, who moved to Austin last summer, is a senior at Concordia, and our music teacher Becca Sugden is a Concordia alum! If you are able to help CHS, text PRAYCHS (all capital letters, no spaces) to 844-901-1659. Your number will only be used for this prayer effort. CHS has provided a short video as they ask for prayers, as well. You can view it here.
