In collaboration with Petco Love, we're excited to host our next Vaccine and Wellness Clinic exclusively for low-income pet owners.


On Saturday, Feb. 24, at the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County, income qualifying pet owners can take advantage of complimentary and affordable services including vaccines, microchips, and parasite preventatives. Your pets deserve the best care, and we're here to make it accessible to all.

Staff Spotlight: Julia Bonsell

Julia Bonsell's commitment to animal welfare began in grade school through regular volunteering at the shelter, and over the past seven years, she has assumed various roles within the organization. Now, as the shelter's Volunteer Manager, her expertise greatly enhances support for both animals and community members.
