For this beautiful coastal contemporary home we wanted to create a simple, minimalistic lighting plan that would satisfy the client's need for energy efficiency. This was achieved using LED fixtures throughout the home as well as a fully integrated Lutron control system that is operable from the client's mobile devices.
It was important for the lighting design to speak to the strength of the architecture in addition to creating unique feature elements.
