Northeast Farm to School Leads the Way
Civil Eats follows up on the success of a New York State program to incentivize school cafeterias to purchase local foods. Vermont has introduced a similar bill, and Betsy Rosenbluth of Vermont FEED (our partnership project with NOFA-VT) speaks about farm to school's role in these efforts.
