Open Enrollment for FL Prepaid College Plans only happens once each year – February 1 through April 30. Now you can lock in the cost of college, trade, or technical school at the lowest prices in ten years – starting at just $34/month for a newborn. Prepaid plan investments:

Postpartum Medicaid Extension

Did you know that pregnancy Medicaid coverage now lasts 12 months after your pregnancy? If you have given birth or had a pregnancy loss, you have 12 months of coverage to access the physical and mental health care you need. This includes:

Reproductive and sexual health services
Dental services
Doula services
Prescription drug benefits

Primary care
Specialty medical care
Mental health services
Transportation to medical services

Language Development Tip

Talking to infants and toddlers helps them learn to speak and understand the meaning of words. As you play and do daily activities together, point to nearby objects and describe them. This will help your child develop important language skills. Having a large vocabulary gives your child a great start when he or she enters school and begins learning to read.
