For a long time, the best kept secret in Bath County has been the extraordinary dining choices. Visitors have always appreciated the variety of options, including standards like pizza, sandwiches, salads and country cooking. Recently, people have begun choosing Bath County as a weekend destination specifically for a dining experience. Sometimes, visitors return because of a favorite chef or establishment. Other times, they come for a special event like Foodlore Fridays, which is a summer time event that celebrates food, farming and community.
