Family Fun Day!
The Orchid Nest and the Palms Birth House are excited to invite you and your little ones to a afternoon of not-so-scary fun! Join the birth house witches for games, crafts, contests and treats.
Join us from 12:30-2:30!
We are so excited to share these fun events with Palms Birth House and Orchid Nest clients.
Join us at the Orchid Nest on Fridays at 1:30 for our community postpartum support group. Sit with other mothers and their babies...sip tea...nourish yourself and your baby. There is no fee for this gathering.
Bengkung Belly Binds
We are now offering these incredible binds for sale or with binding service packages! For more information on the WHY's, check out my recent blog post.
Options available:
1. Purchase it for $65 and we will provide instructions on how to use the bind.
*You will need someone to help you with this.
2. Purchase it for $65 and we will do initial binding on day 2 (free) if you come into the birth house and then we will come to you 4 more times for $200 (or $360 for 8 visits) to re-wrap you every 2-3 days....OR if you come to the birth house, 8 wraps are only $200!

*We are very pleased to announce that we are now offering labor tub rentals at Good Samaritan Hospital as well as at St. Mary's Medical Center...and of course continue to offer labor tubs at Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
*Sacred Pregnancy classes are in full swing at the nest and magic is happening within them! Seriously! Check out our next class series beginning on October 19th!
*Mama & Baby Yoga is here! Bring your mat and your little one for some stretching and strengthening fun with Sarah on Friday mornings at 11:30!

Our classes fill quickly, especially as the holiday approach.
Please register early to plan you confident, empowering birth and to avoid disappointment in finding that your class options are limited. Call our office or register online. Classes are available at the Palms Birth House and Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach and of course private classes are available on a limited basis.
Sacred Pregnancy - Pregnancy Journey
Series begins on October 19th @ 9am for 8 weeks
Sacred Pregnancy classes are a special place for pregnant women to gather together, for 8 meetings early to midway on their pregnancy journeys. Each week is spent exploring pertinent topics that naturally arise for most women as they walk down their pregnancy paths and encourage deep sharing, exploring art, expression, laughter, honoring and celebration.
Pregnancy is one of the deepest drinks life has to offer. Each woman's pregnancy pot gets stirred with various emotions and we all need a safe place to process those tides and sip some sanity from the community cauldron.
