Event Details

• Date: Thursday, September 26, 2024
• Time: Arrive promptly at 4:00 PM ET
• Location: Hyatt Regency Orlando - Level 4, Garden Terrace
• Attire: Dress comfortably and wear sneakers. Dodgeball shirts can be picked up at registration, located in the Regency Foyer
• Weather Forecast: Average temperature is 76 to 88 degrees
• Teams: Teams will be randomly assigned for fair and exciting matchups
• Equipment: Provided
• Experience: No experience needed. A professional dodgeball facilitator will explain the rules and best practices.

Tournament Flow

• 4:00 - 4:15 PM: Players arrive and fill out waivers
• 4:15 PM: Welcome announcements
• 4:18 PM: Call to court area - facilitator reviews rules/safety measures and splits group into teams
• 4:30 PM: Tournament begins
• 6:00 PM: Tournament ends, medals awarded to the winning team!
