Join us this spring for our next meeting of the Veterans Book Club, will be February 8 at 5:30 p.m. when we will read Eleventh Month, Eleventh Day, Eleventh Hour: Armistice Day, 1918 World War I and Its Violent Climax    by  Joseph E. Persico. The location for the meeting will be announced soon.

The event is free and the public is encouraged to attend.  Copies of the book are available for checkout at the library, or by contacting Vicki Bloom ( vdbloom@iusb.edu). For more information, or to RSVP, please contact Rhonda Culbertson, ( rculbert@iusb.edu).

The Veterans Book Club aims to better integrate student veterans into university life as well as enlighten the faculty, administrators, staff and other students about the challenges and strengths that these students bring to campus.  It also is open to community members interested in veterans' issues. It is made possible through a generous donation from  Jerry and Dorene Hammes
New Titles in the Library to Enjoy Over the Semester Break

If you would like either a copy of the entire list, or just a list of titles ordered by your department, please contact your subject librarian.

Below is a small sampling of some of our new titles. The links below will take you to the catalog record, which will let you know if the title is available. Too cold to walk to the library? Don't forget about fast book delivery for faculty, staff, and students living in campus housing.
