The Annual Fairfax Art Walk is excited to be celebrating their 5th annual event! This event was developed to foster an appreciation for the power of the arts to enrich our community.

Visual arts, sculpture, music, dance performance, and spoken word create a rich tapestry of experience for all of participants, including the artist as well as the attendees.

Secure bike parking will be provided by the Marin County Bicycle Coalition.

When: September 21 | 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Where: Contratti Ball Field

The Parks and Recreation Commission will be hosting Fairfax’s annual Town Picnic.

Music by the Tom Finch band, food for sale by Tante, Bake Sale by San Anselmo Co-op. Kids entertainment includes bubbles, jousting, bounce house and activities by Good Fun Stuff.

• Reptile show at noon
• Puppet show at 2pm
• Face painting from 1-5pm

Led by community members from Age Friendly Fairfax, the Town of Fairfax annually honors our nonagenarian Fairfax community members with gift bag home delivered to our residents.

Confirmation letters will be sent out to 90+ residents to confirm who would like a gift bag.
