Little Falcons Preschool
Hello Little Falcons Families
The students are having so much fun in preschool. The preschoolers love writing with shaving cream, writing their own grocery list, having tea with bears, and playing in the dramatic play area.
| |
Students learned about the different worlds of animals including pets as well as animals from the desert, farm, and zoo. They had a blast reading animal books to acting out their actions and using creativity in many different art projects.
The preschoolers have enjoyed saying “Good morning” and “Hello” to the bird that has made a nest near our playground.

Fountain Hills Middle School
Hello FHMS Students and Families,
As we approach the end of the school year, it's incredible to think that we only have two weeks left. Despite the countdown, it's crucial to emphasize that attendance remains as important as ever. Learning doesn't stop just because the year is winding down. Our teachers continue to pour their efforts into ensuring that every moment in the classroom is filled with engaging activities
and, most importantly, fun!
| |
|
At FHMS, we're more than just a school; we're a family. Together, we've cultivated an environment where students not only learn but also thrive and feel supported. It's the dedication and passion of our entire school community that truly makes FHMS the best place to be. Without a doubt, we have the best team ever!
This week, we had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate our incredible teachers and staff. A huge shoutout goes to our amazing FHUSD PTO for their continuous support and for spoiling us each day from May 6th to 10th. Their efforts are deeply appreciated and contribute immensely to the positive atmosphere here at FHMS.

Every spring, the FH Coalition hosts a poster contest with a new theme for all Fountain Hills Middle School Students. The goal of the contest is to bring awareness to the students around ways they can live a drug and alcohol-free life. There are prizes for the first, second, and third place winners of each grade. The 2024 theme for Grades 6, 7, and 8 is “Be Smart, Don’t Start, Living Above the Influence” and students are to show visually as a poster what that means to them. Shawn Uphoff with the FH Coalition and Dr. Weeldreyer announced the winners in their classes on May 2nd. Congratulations to our Poster Winners!!!

Message from Mrs. Kane
Hi Falcon Families. Unfortunately, I must share that due to budget constraints, my role will cease to exist, leading to my departure at the conclusion of this school year. This will not be easy as it has been an absolute pleasure working with your students and witnessing their growth into young adults. Our partnership and collaborative efforts in fostering student success have been truly rewarding. I’ve cherished every moment spent watching your students mature and navigate their path towards their next life chapter. While my time here may be ending, I am eager to hear about the continued success of our students in the years to come. I wish you all the best in the coming year.
Remember, once a Falcon, always a Falcon.
Mrs. Kane

Advanced Placement Courses
Throughout the year, our students and staff dedicated themselves to rigorous preparation for their AP Tests. We extend our congratulations to all these exceptional students who demonstrated their knowledge and skills in their chosen content areas. Their commitment to learning is truly commendable, as evidenced by their diligent efforts throughout the week to complete their tests, with a few more to go next week. Their dedication and hard work reflect their passion for excellence, and we wouldn’t be prouder of their achievements.
Exam Schedule
There are only 10 school days left until final exams. Seniors will start their exams earlier on May 21st for class periods 2 and 4. Mrs. Kane will proctor those exams in the library during their respective class periods.
