Greetings!
We are exactly one month into a new fiscal/academic year (FY25) and we welcome all of our new team members. As I reflect on the substantial growth and expansion we’ve gone through as a department, ending our last academic year (FY24), I know it is because we have an incredible team. This is also reflected in our department’s climate and culture survey that showed a high level of engagement (76% response rate) and commitment to the work we do – net promoter score (70%) and intent to stay (69%)! I couldn’t ask for a better group of dedicated folks and I am thrilled to share highlights of our accomplishments.
Looking forward to another great year!
