ATTENTION ALL BASEBALL TEAMS!!!
(AAU, USSSA, NATIONS BASEBALL, LITTLE LEAGUE, ETC.)
We are excited to announce upcoming FTB baseball tournaments in Lake City for all teams to enjoy. All FTB events in Lake City are independent of any of the traditional nationwide baseball organizations and does not require membership to any of them. FTB provides FREE medical insurance for these events at no additional cost to teams. As a result, team insurance is not required to participate. However, all players must be listed on the FTB online roster prior to their first game.
Tournament format is pool play into single elimination with three (3) games guaranteed. If six (6) or more teams enter in a class, then the class will play alone. This includes SELECT and OPEN. If less than six (6) teams enter in a class then it may be combined with the next higher class. It takes four (4) teams for a division to guarantee to make.Saturday, October 8th FTB will offer a one (1) day shootout format for divisions where six (6) or less teams have entered. FTB Shootout rules are posted on our website at www.FloridaTravelBall.com. The time limits will be adjusted based solely on tournament director's discretion.
