Justin Trubee, Environmental Protection Specialist, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, will join us to discuss the regulatory landscape surrounding health and safety for our local food system including retail, wholesale, and cottage foods. To create a thriving equitable community based food system we need to learn about and operate within the state and local food safety regulations. Join us to learn more about what that means for our community and how the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment can support local efforts.
