OUR ETERNAL PROMISE

The prophet Isaiah gave many wonderful promises to those who are the redeemed. These are promises of the future messiah and future promises for the redeemed in Christ. The last four verses of the book of Isaiah tell us of our future beyond our temporary home in heaven. It is Isaiah 66:21-24.
A great promise is in verse 22 which says, “As for the new heavens (sun, moon, stars) and the new earth, which I will make, (and) shall remain (forever) before (in front of) Me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.” This tells us that we, and all our offspring shall inhabit the new (renewed) earth forever.”
Verse 23 speaks of the (new) moon cycles and the weeks (sabbaths) upon this new earth. Verse 21 says, “And I will take of them for priests and for Levites (those who take care of God’s temple), saith the LORD.” Other scripture tells us that we will be made kings and priests (priestly kings or rulers) in this time coming. Verse 22 also says that “all flesh shall come to worship before me…” We shall have responsibilities in this new earth in the Lord’s service.
But there is also a word about the fate of the unrighteous ones in verse 24. It says, “And they (the redeemed on the new earth) shall go forth, and look upon the carcasses (bodies) of the men that have transgressed against Me. For their worm (eternal soul) shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched. And they shall be an abhorring (a terrible sight) unto all flesh.” This speaks of their unending eternal burning in the lake of fire, suffering and unable to escape where they will go for eternity.
Most Christians have been taught that they will live forever in heaven. That is unscriptural. We will live in heaven as long as this old unrenewed earth remains. Once the end of our age has come and gone, the old earth and heavens are made new. Everything is created all new by God. We will then inhabit the renewed earth and the New Jerusalem will also be there. We will live on the renewed earth, and we will have open access to the New Jerusalem.
What a blessed and glorious promise we have for the future for us.

A VERY PRESENT HELP

In Psalm 46 we see the sovereignty of God as He takes care of his children. In verse 1 it tells us, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
We can count on God being there for us in the “now” and not just the “sweet by and by.” Because of this promise we move to verses 2-3 that says, “Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling there.”
This lets us know that despite terrible natural disasters like Tsunamis, earthquakes, and flooding God is our “present help.”
Verse 5 says, “God is in the midst of her (the city of God) she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.” Oh, to know that God is in our lives and is our help right now brings us to verse 10 which says, “Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”
No matter what comes our way, the Lord is with us all the way. He is our constant source of strength, and a very present help in times of trouble. Therefore, we should never fear, knowing that God is with us!

AS GIVEN TO HELEN SANDERS
Just as I wept over Jerusalem, I weep over my people that have strayed so far from me. I have bid them to come to that secret place, yet they have resisted and have not. I have called to them and they have failed to answer. I weep over their lack of faith and their rebellion against my word. I am sorrowful for there is much to soon happen that would have required their spending time with me in preparation. Many think they are prepared but they have not been prepared. I weep, I weep, for the hour is at hand that I said would come. The battle has intensified, and my children are being scattered left and right like a flock of birds when a shot is fired. Oh, that they would have come into that secret place and listened to me. Oh, that they would have made the choice to go all the way with me, but they have not. For they are as the church of Laodicea, neither hot nor cold, and they are being led so easily by the chaos around them. Oh, that they would have listened to me. I weep over them for there is about to be much sorrow and much chaos coming forth that will cause many to fail. I weep for them and I pray that their faith would be strengthened but it will only come when they come into that secret place and spend time with me saith the Lord.

PROPHETIC EXHORTATION

Today perhaps it seems as if your now will last forever and always; For that storm you’re experiencing is acting as though it has found a lodging place in your heart and in your life. Well, it’s just not going away you may be saying; And the chaos around you appears to be shutting down your dreams…As it’s trying to permanently put all your prophetic promises on hold. I can understand how you must be feeling; And if we’re not very careful, the lingering pain and heavy heartaches can make a miracle seem like mirage out in the dark desert. However, it’s in those moments you need to remember; Those difficult situations are only a section of your life…They’re definitely not the entire story. Now don’t forget there’s lots more to your story; And there are yet chapters to be explored and to be written. Oh, I’m sure the load gets heavy; But just keep on moving forward…And don’t ever allow fear to paralyze your progress. So stop the pretending and start contending for the faith. Just always remember it’s only through a deep faith in God; That you’ll be able to continue believing in your own self…And in those God given hopes and dreams of yours.

Do you hear Me? Do you recognize My voice? Be diligent to listen for I am showing you My plans for your life. I have not left you. I am reordering the life of many who will listen. Do you hear My voice? I will not shout nor will I act out as you do. I come in love and My voice brings comfort and peace. So quiet yourself before Me so you can hear My quiet gentle voice. It will bring peace to your heart and mind. Confidence and strength will enter your heart and faith will stir in your heart. You will rise with a newness of purpose and I will be with you as you go.

He never gives up on us, his children.
He never, never lets us go!
Come to God, feel his strength,
This God who created you.
When your life gets tough, he will help you through.
We really do not know rough, look across the World.
Look across the World. Look at the poverty,
The sickness, the lost, the lonely.
No good water, no good food.
Help Lord, help these people!
And we do, but they need more.
Reach out your hand of love and help!
Feel Gods strength.
