Lincoln County Television & Media Center is non-profit, public access, community media for and about the citizens of Lincoln County, Maine | |

Hello Claire,
Newcastle held a Special Town Meeting last night at the Lincoln Academy Gymnasium to consider a moratorium on permits or approvals for firearms-related businesses. LCTV was there to live stream it for citizens who weren't able to attend in person, and record it for On Demand viewing. We broadcast and archive several hundred municipal meetings every year - it's one of our core responsibilities as Lincoln County's Community Media station.
As well as a new Chamber Chat on Wednesday and Wuzzup News Show on Thursday, we have two special shows for you on Saturday.
Starting at 7:00pm on Saturday, we bring you the fun from the April 20 Healthy Kids Day at the CLC-YMCA. This annual event is fun for kids, but it also brings together dozens of local organizations that offer resources to parents and caregivers.
Stick around at 7:30pm for the 14th episode of Vintage Racers Roundtable with host Ken Minott from the Maine Vintage Race Car Association. His guests are Bob Bailey, engine builder and Maine Motorsports Hall of Famer 2019; Bill Penfold, Late Model/Prostock/Busch North; and racing historian Ken Lane.
All of our shows are available for On Demand viewing after their premieres at LCTV.org, on LCTV’s YouTube channel (please Subscribe), and LCTV’s Facebook page (please Follow).

Three Weeks Left! Spring Baseball/Softball Season
We're live streaming baseball and softball (and lacrosse this Friday)!
Yesterday, the Lincoln Academy varsity softball team hosted Medomak Valley. The Panthers took it 1-8. Here's a link to the game.
See below for Wednesday's Lincoln Academy baseball game and Friday's special lacrosse game, both versus Erskine Academy. Medomak Valley teams are back on the live stream schedule next week.
All games start at 4:00pm, live streamed on LCTV's YouTube channel with color commentary.

Thank you Spring Sports Sponsors!
We can bring you these live streams because of the generous support of local businesses.
Hammond Lumber has stepped up as the Title Sponsor for all the games.
They are joined by Bangor Savings Bank, Dead River Company, Hagar Enterprises and Rockport Automotive as Premier Sponsors.
And we have Coastal Locker-Room, Mid-Coast Energy, Panthers Gym, Coastal Auto Parts, and newest Main Street Grocery as Supporting Sponsors.
